Our product line encompasses everything inside the PC, including: memory modules, CPUs, storage products, motherboards, video cards, communication products, as well as notebooks and Microsoft software products. Facing the Internet Revolution, we are also developing a line of products for the SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) environment such as digital cameras, networking devices, and Internet appliances.

    SALES POLICY

    EBIZ PC attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing; however, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions/specifications/photographs, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect content or price due to typographical, informational, technical or other error, EbizPC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product.

    Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Most Orders will be shipped out within the next business day from the time order is submitted. Our catalogue is updated daily and items that are listed on this web site are in stock by the time of updating. Due to the dynamic nature of inventory, items ordered late in the day may be out of stock and placed on back order. In cases like this customer will be contacted as soon as possible and be given an estimate of the approximate wait time to fulfill the order. Conversely, items that are not listed may turn out to be restocked and listed in next catalogue updating. Customers are therefore encouraged to come back to browse the site to find desired items.



    It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to fully research the product(s) he/she intends to purchase. We are not responsible for changes in product specifications by the manufacturers or for any errors made by the manufacturers in those specifications.     Payment options for customers outside of U.S. and Canada:

    Payment using money order, casher’s check is accepted. To complete the order, please place your order online first to get an invoice number. Then you can use this invoice number to send payment. The products will be shipped out once the payment is received in full.



    Payment through PayPal is accepted. PayPal is a great, simple and fast way to send and receive money between registered users. EBIZ PC is registered with PayPal with account address admin@ebizpc.com. To use this payment option, please place your order online first to get an invoice number. Then you need to use this invoice number to send the payment to admin@ebizpc.com. Please include the invoice number with your payment. The order will be shipped out within the next business day after payment is received in full. We can only ship to the address which is confirmed by PayPal.



    Online international sales involve more complex transactions. EbizPC is one of the few online retailers who have both the resources and willingness to accept international orders. The preferred payment form for international orders is wire transfer and money order. For wire transfer, customer is reponsible for covering any third bank transaction fee. Please click International shipping quote to get the shipping rate and invoice number in order to make the transaction. Unfortunately, we couldn't process international credit card right now.

    Any use of credit card without authorization consists of a fraudulent use of credit card, and is against the law. EBIZ PC takes cases of credit card fraud seriously, and will investigate and prosecute any person who is involved in any such activity to the fullest extend of the law. Please be aware that even if you use a falsified name and address, your web browser transmits a unique address to us, which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. EbizPC works closely with both the FBI and the US Secret Services to investigate and crack Internet fraud cases.

    SHIPPING
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    For all shipments within the continental United States, we ship via UPS,FedEx and USPS. You have the choice of the different services that they offer: Ground, Express Saver, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.



    For Alaska and Hawaii, we offer FedEx 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.



    For Canadian customers, we can ship via FedEx Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air, and Next Day Early A.M. Note: FedEx will charge brokerage fees to collect customs duties for international orders. These fees are not included in the shipping fees EbizPC charges for the orders.



    For other international customers, the preferred shipping method is FedEx. Please click International shipping quote to get the shipping rate and invoice number in order to make the transaction. Note: Depending on your country's customs department, there may be taxes and/or customs fees to pay. These additional fees are NOT included in the shipping cost, and you should check on your country's policies beforehand.



    Our shipping fees including handling and insurance are determined by the total weight of order and shipping address. To estimate how much the actual shipping fees would be for a given order, simply go to the check-out section and fill out the shipping information including shipping address and shipping option, continue onto next page, you will then be presented with the actual shipping cost and the total of this order. At this point you can either proceed to finalize the order or back off with no obligation at all.



    EbizPC does not offer Will Call service for the customers. Local residents are expected to place their orders online and ordered goods will be delivered to their designated address via their chosen shipping method. No pickup services are available.

    PRODUCT WARRANTIES
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    All products are warranted for replacement or refund for 30 days from the invoice date except for CPU, memory, and refurbished products. CPU, memory, and refurbished products are warranted for 7 days from the invoice date, but all software can not be returned, no refund and replacement for software. After this period, all products must be handled directly by the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty.



    Due to manufacturer policies, all packaged items with plastic clamshells, shrink wrap, special seals, or other types of packaging that sustains damage when opened are NON-RETURNABLE if the packaging has been OPENED.



    35% restocking fee applies to all Supermicro products returned(with defective problems).



    Refund for CPU is based on current market price, and 15% restocking fee will be applied after the adjustment.



    Warranty is VOID for any products with evidence of physical damage (missing/bent pins, burnt, cracked, chipped package, broken connectors, etc.).

    MERCHANDISE RETURN
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    All defective items other than CPUs and fans can be returned for replacement if we are notified within 5 business days after delivery. The sooner that we are contacted for returns, the better, but all software can not be returned, no refund and replacement for software. Defective CPUs and fans are only eligible for replacement. All returns are to be applied by the following terms and conditions except Supermicro Products:

    Items can only be returned within 5 days after delivery if they are in the original, factory-sealed packaging, and are subject to a 30% restocking fee based on the item's current price as listed on the website.We only provide exchange for Supermicro system, and no refund. Non-defective CPUs and fans are not eligible for return and refund.



    Returned items should be in "as-new" condition, with NO missing pieces, parts, or accessories. Physically damaged items will not be accepted for return.



    All returns are required to be labeled with an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number which has to be obtained from our returns department prior to your returning the product.



    In order to get an RMA number, you need to print out the RMA form. Then you can fax the completed form to 408-935-8089 or email to rma@ebizpc.com.



    RMA numbers are valid for 15 days only and product must reach our warehouse before then. Each item to be returned will need a unique RMA number. Package without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted and be sent back at customer’s expense.



    EbizPC will match the product serial number with the serial number on file. If the serial numbers do not match, the product will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.



    All returns are subject to our lab tests. If said defective items are found non-defective, items will be sent back at customer’s expense.



    Defective items can be returned for replacement with the same product without restocking fee.



    Turnaround time to get a replacement varies by the status of our inventory and the product, and can be as long as a few weeks. Customer should be prepared for this waiting time.



    Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any damage to the original packaging might result in additional charges being assessed to your account.



    Where appropriate, credit will be given within three weeks of return of the product. Credit will be calculated based on the current price of the product on the website.



    Customers wishing to return or replace any product after 30 days from date of invoice must contact the manufacturer of the product. EbizPC will have no liability after 30 days from the date of invoice.

    LEGAL NOTICES

    FRIVOLOUS DISPUTE CLAIMS

    Any person who lodges a frivolous dispute claim with their credit card company in an effort to defraud EbizPC or to reverse a legally binding sales contract in contradiction to EbizPC' return policy or cancellation policy, will be assessed an additional $49.99 investigation fee, in additon to the original charges being reapplied to their account.

    GOOD FAITH

    All sales transactions are made in good faith by the seller, and as such, buyer agrees to the terms of sales also in good faith.

    GOVERNING LAW

    The terms of this sales contract are governed by California State laws and the UCC, in the case of U.S. domestic transactions, and by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) for International transactions.

    LEGAL JURISDICTION

    All disputes or claims made by or against seller shall be heard in the State of California, County of Santa Clara, and or City of San Jose.

    ARBITRATION

    All disputes against EBIZ PC lodged by buyer, will be subject to arbitration or mediation and all procedural rules set forth by the governing bodies of alternative dispute resolution organizations or associations shall prevail.
